Helping Kids Communicate, Process Emotions, and Thrive

Play therapy sessions are 45 minutes in length.

These sessions are child-directed. Play is a child’s first language and offers a way to connect when they are unable to put words to experiences. Play therapy also helps a child communicate their emotions with far more ease and comfort.
